What Sets Our School Apart

At our school, we place great importance on creating an environment where faculty members can focus on teaching and student guidance. We strive to reduce the burden of lesson preparation and administrative tasks through measures such as sharing teaching materials and presentation slides, centralizing exam creation, and enhancing our professional development programs.

●Classroom Facilities:

All classrooms are equipped with projectors, and classes are conducted by projecting slides onto large whiteboards.

Sharing Teaching Materials and Class Slides:

All teachers share the main textbooks and slide materials used in kanji lessons. In addition, since PDFs of the textbooks for every subject are available, there is no need to create teaching materials from scratch for each class.

Submission of Lesson Plans:

You are required to submit your lesson plans only if you wish to have them reviewed by the Academic Affairs Office.

Reducing the burden of exam creation:

Tests and quizzes are created by the Academic Affairs Office. Part-time instructors are responsible for administering quizzes during class, grading them, and recording the grades.

Arranging a substitute instructor:

If you are unable to attend a class due to unavoidable circumstances, the Academic Affairs Office will arrange for a substitute instructor. You do not need to find a substitute yourself.

Training Program:

Upon joining the school, we provide training on classroom management rules, how to proceed with teaching materials, and how to use the school management system. After joining, we conduct on-the-job training (OJT) to review key points regarding team teaching, as well as through classroom observations and one-on-one meetings. We also hold regular workshops and study sessions aimed at improving teaching skills to support the professional growth of our faculty.
