　　The Secretariat’s office hours during the summer break are as follows.

　　January 4, 2027 (Mon) – January 5, 2027(Tue)
　　Closed: December 29, 2026 (Tue) – January 1, 2027 (Fri)
　　*If you need to apply for certificates or seek advice on various matters, please visit during office hours.
 
2. Using the Stamp Voucher Vending Machine
　　From Tuesday, December 29, 2026, through Friday, January 1, 2027, the stamp voucher vending machine in the lobby
　　will be unavailable.
　　*Please avoid submitting requests for certificates and other documents during the above period.
 
3. Use of the 2nd-floor Study Rooms (Rooms 203 and 204) and the 3rd-floor Library and Computer Room
