The Secretariat’s office hours during the summer break are as follows.
Open: August 3, 2026 – August 10, 2026, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Closed: August 11, 2026 (Tue) – August 14, 2026(Fri)
If you need to apply for certificates or seek consultation, please visit during office hours.

(2) Use of the Stamp Voucher Machine
The stamp voucher machine in the lobby will be unavailable from Tuesday, August 11, 2026, through Friday, August 14, 2026.
Please avoid applying for certificates and other services during the above period.
 
(3) Use of the 2nd-floor Study Rooms (Rooms 203 and 204) and the 3rd-floor Library and Computer Room
