(1) Administrative Office Hours
Administrative Office Hours During the Summer Break

The Administrative Office will be open during the summer break as follows:
・Office Hours:
August 3–10, 2026 (Monday–Friday), 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
・Office Closed:
August 11 (Tue) – August 14 (Fri), 2026

If you need to apply for certificates or require any administrative assistance, please visit the office during the office hours above.

(2) Use of the Certificate Fee Ticket Machine

The certificate fee ticket machine in the lobby will be unavailable from August 11 (Tue) to August 14 (Fri), 2026.

If you need to apply for certificates or other documents, please complete the necessary procedures before or after this period.

(3) Use of the 2nd Floor Study Rooms (Rooms 203 & 204), 3rd Floor Library, and PC Room

If you wish to use any of these facilities, please report your name and student ID number to the security desk on the 1st floor before use.
