On Tuesday, July 14, 2026, the 2026 Takayama International Education Foundation Scholarship Award Ceremony was held at the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo.
This scholarship provides 130,000 JPYper month for 12 months—a total of 1.56 million JPY—to students who excel both academically and personally and plan to pursue higher education in Japan after graduation.
This academic year, two students—HTET WAI YAN (Myanmar) and EVAN LUCIUS (Indonesia)—have been awarded the scholarship.
