For students enrolled in Japanese Education Courses A/B
(Expected to graduate in March 2027)

1. Eligibility Requirements
① Privately-funded international students holding a “Study Abroad (STUDENT VISA)” status of residence
② Applicants aiming to enroll in April 2027 in a Japanese graduate school, university, junior college, or technical college (third year or higher, including postgraduate programs), or in a specialized course at a vocational school
③ Applicants with an average attendance rate of 90% or higher at this school who can maintain this level or higher in the future
④ Applicants who are outstanding in both academic performance andlearning attitude, and character
　⑤ Applicants who face financial difficulties that make it hard to continue their studies
　⑥ Applicants who are willing to cooperate with a post-grant career follow-up survey
　⑦ Applicants whose monthly financial support from home averages 90,000 yen or less (excluding tuition, but including rent)
　⑧ The annual income of the dependent’s guardian residing in Japan must be less than 5 million yen
　⑨ Applicants must not be receiving any other grants or scholarships that restrict concurrent receipt

2. Grant Amount / Period: 30,000 yen per month / April 2026 – March 2027

3. Number of Recipients: 1 person

4. How to Apply: Please pick up an application form at the Secretariat, gather the required documents listed below, and submit them at the Secretariat’s front desk.

　② Copy of Residence Card (front and back)
　③ Copy of passport (photo page and personal information page)
　④ Copy of school ID card (front and back)

5. Application Period: April 15 (Wed) – April 20 (Mon), deadline at 1:00 PM

6. Internal Selection Process: Document screening / Interview(For applicants who pass the document screening only) *Scheduled for Wednesday, April 22

7. Announcement of internal selection results: Scheduled for the end of April
