For Japanese Language Education Programs A/B (Students scheduled to graduate in March 2027)
1. Eligibility Requirements
① Privately-funded international students holding a "Student Visa" (STUDENT VISA)
② Applicants aiming to enroll in April 2027 in a Japanese graduate school, university, junior college, or technical college (including postgraduate programs) at the third year level or higher, or in a specialized course at a vocational school
③ Applicants with an average attendance rate of 90% or higher at this school and who can maintain this level or higher in the future
④ Applicants with excellent academic performance,and personal character
⑤ Applicants who face financial difficulties in pursuing their studies
⑥ Applicants who are willing to cooperate with a follow-up survey regarding their career path after receiving the scholarship
⑦ Applicants whose monthly allowance from their family is 90,000 yen or less (excluding tuition fees, but including rent)
⑧ The annual income of the dependent residing in Japan must be less than 5 million yen
⑨ Applicants must not be receiving any other grants or scholarships that restrict concurrent receipt
2. Grant Amount / Period: 30,000 yen per month / April 2026 – March 2027
3. Number of Recipients: 1 person
4. Application Method: Please pick up an application form at the Secretariat, prepare the required documents listed below, and submit them at the Secretariat counter.
① Prescribed Application Form
② Copy of Residence Card (front and back)
③ Copy of Passport (photo page and personal information page)
④ Copy of School ID Card (front and back)
5. Application Period: Wednesday, April 15 – Monday, April 20 (Deadline: 1:00 PM)
6. Internal Selection Process: Document Screening / Interview(For document screening passers only) *Scheduled for Wednesday, April 22
7. Announcement of internal selection results: Scheduled for the end of April
